Brilliant piece of kit for the price. The TDR function is spot on; it found a break in a CAT6 run at exactly 14.5 metres, saving me from pulling up the whole floor. The screen is clear and easy to read in dark comms cupboards.
I install CCTV systems daily and testing PoE is crucial. This Mcbazel unit instantly tells me if the switch is putting out AF or AT standard and the exact voltage. Much easier to use than my old Noyafa tester.
Next day delivery was a lifesaver when my old tracer broke mid-job. The digital scan mode is fantastic-no annoying buzzing when tracing cables plugged into an active gigabit switch.
A very solid 5-in-1 tool. The port flash feature is incredibly handy when dealing with unlabelled patch panels in office buildings. My only minor gripe is that the receiver takes a 9V battery rather than being USB-C rechargeable like the main unit.
Excellent value for money. I was looking at a Klein Tools tester but couldn't justify the cost for my home lab and occasional freelance jobs. This does everything I need, including NCV testing, and feels very robust.

Great all-rounder for electricians moving into smart home data cabling. The wiremap is fast and the TDR is accurate enough for domestic runs. The manual could be slightly clearer for absolute beginners, but it's easy enough to figure out.
